06/18/2019: Chris Johnston: Burnside has changed their system since the last inspection. It is basically two independent (no mixing) systems with two different types of water (ground water in one and surface water in the other).
In SDWIS, currently, Burnside has DISTRIBUTION (a mix of ground water and surface water). I propose, in addition to DISTRIBUTION, we add a DS2. DS2 will be the ¿Lake of Egypt Pressure Zone or ¿LOE Pressure Zone¿ and receive water from CC05 via flows. DS2 has 170 services and a population of 410. There are no PF¿s or storage tanks associated with DS2. Burnside is already taking monthly coliform samples in the zone. The coliform sites associated with DS2 are C004001P1 and C004001A1.
DISTRIBUTION will have everything else and 961 services and a population of 2,316. Burnside does sell water to a portion of Millstone PWD (IL1515050 ¿ CC11), but that is on DISTRIBUTION so nothing should change.
